NOW HIRING – SHOP SUPERVISOR / OPERATOR & STONE FABRICATOR

We're growing and looking for a hands-on leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
This is not a desk job. We need someone who can lead by example, keep production moving, maintain quality standards, and work alongside the team in our stone fabrication shop.
Position Responsibilities:
✔ Supervise daily shop operations and production workflow
✔ Operate fabrication equipment including bridge saws and polishing equipment
✔ Assist with fabrication and finishing of quartz and stone countertops
✔ Coordinate priorities between fabrication, warehouse, and installation teams
✔ Maintain quality control standards and safe work practices
✔ Support inventory management and material handling
✔ Train and mentor shop staff
Qualifications:
✔ Experience in stone fabrication, cabinetry, millwork, construction, manufacturing, or a related trade
✔ Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to read drawings and work accurately from specifications
✔ Forklift experience is considered an asset
✔ Reliable, professional, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment

- Construction: 3 years (required)
- Management: 3 years (required)
- Team Building: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
