We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Video Podcast Technician & Producer to elevate our multimedia content. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all technical aspects of video podcast production, from filming and editing to post-production finishing touches. Your expertise will ensure each episode is visually compelling, engaging, and professionally polished. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate video recording equipment, lighting, and audio tools to capture high-quality podcast footage.
- Edit video content using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro to craft seamless episodes.
- Enhance visual appeal through color correction and graphic integration using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe After Effects.
- Design engaging visual assets like titles, overlays, and promotional graphics with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
- Coordinate with hosts and guests to ensure smooth filming sessions, including troubleshooting technical issues on the spot.
- Manage post-production workflows, including exporting final videos in multiple formats for distribution across various platforms.
- Maintain organized media libraries and project files for efficient workflow continuity.
Skills
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
- Familiarity with photography editing programs like Adobe Lightroom for color grading and image enhancement.
- Ability to operate professional video recording equipment, lighting setups, and audio gear effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, hosts, and guests.
