We are looking for a reliable and organized HVAC Warehouse & Yard Coordinator to support our field technicians by preparing HVAC packages, maintaining an efficient warehouse, and overseeing yard storage and logistics. This role is critical to keeping our crews productive and our operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
Prepare HVAC Packages for Field Crews
- Pick, assemble, and stage HVAC equipment, parts, and materials for daily installs
- Review work orders and material lists to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Label and organize packages for easy identification and pickup
Warehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming HVAC equipment and materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized warehouse
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, damage, or discrepancies
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
Yard Logistics & Storage
- Organize and manage outdoor yard storage for HVAC units and materials
- Coordinate loading and unloading of trucks and deliveries
- Ensure equipment is stored safely, securely, and protected from weather
- Maintain clear, safe traffic and staging areas
Safety & Team Coordination
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment safely (if certified)
- Communicate with team, warehouse staff, and field technicians regarding material readiness
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, construction, or HVAC environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move HVAC equipment and materials
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
Nice to Have
- HVAC equipment or materials knowledge
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with inventory systems
