wwsponsorship.com is a B2B sponsorship brokerage firm connecting brands with premium event sponsorship and naming rights opportunities. We're growing our sales engine and need a sharp, AI-savvy sales coordinator to fuel our pipeline.
Role Summary
You'll directly support our Executive Sales team across the full sponsorship sales cycle — from AI-powered prospect research to CRM management, outbound scheduling, CRM management, and linkedin content and management. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales operations and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Use AI tools to research and build Ideal Target Client (ICP) profiles for event sponsorship and naming rights campaigns
- Manage and optimize pipeline, contacts, and activity tracking in Zoho CRM at an expert level
- Conduct expert-level prospecting via LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and qualify decision-makers
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and discovery meetings for the executive sales team
- Craft persuasive outbound email sequences and follow-up messaging, leveraging AI writing tools
- Create content posts on Linkedin and in linkedin groups
- Contribute to crafting sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, and sales documents using AI-assisted content tools
- Track sales metrics and report pipeline progress
Mandatory Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales or supporting direct sales campaigns (sponsorship, events, or B2B preferred)
- Expert-level proficiency in Zoho CRM (or comparable sales CRM)
- Expert-level LinkedIn Sales Navigator skills for prospecting and lead research
- Demonstrated use of AI tools for ICP research, email drafting, and proposal/document creation
- Experience making outbound sales/appointment-setting calls
- Event planning or event management experience an asset
- Excellent written English (French an asset, given Quebec market focus)
Contract Details
- 3-month contract, part-time, with possibility of extension based on performance and campaign needs
- Compensation: competitive hourly or project-based rate, commensurate with experience, potential performance-based bonuses applicable
- Remote work with flexible hours along with regular standing meeting times and weekly tasks.
