Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and food handling, with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. Current Osmow’s Shawarma experience would be a definite asset! As a manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our team operates smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during shifts to ensure efficient operations.
- Schedule staff on a weekly basi.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Manage operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to uphold company standards and deliver excellent service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant or kitchen area at all times.
- Collaborate on and implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
- Current Osmow’s Shawarma experience would be ideal.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising staff.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A background in hospitality or hotel management is a plus.
