Line Cook Supervisor
Manos Restaurant & Lounge in Saskatoon is looking for a back-of-house supervisor who is passionate about the food business and who will be involved in the continued success of our kitchen.
We are looking for reliability, leadership skills, quality control, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute to menu development.
You must be open to taking direction from management and receiving constructive feedback. Contributing to meetings, menu direction/costing and kitchen improvements are essential to the job.
Minimum 35 + hours
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Based on experience
Job Duties:
· Prepare, season and cook menu food items as directed, meeting dietary requirements when needed
· Follow recipes and presentation specifications
· Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
· Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
· Oversee kitchen operations in absence of Chef
· Maintain inventory and record of food supplies and equipment
· Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Addition Duties:
· Menu planning
· Recording food temperatures
· Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
