Senior Order Processor - Cabinetry
Our client is a well-established manufacturer specializing in custom cabinetry, with over six decades of experience in the industry. They are seeking a Senior Order Processor to oversee orders from initial entry through design, quoting, and preparation for production.
In this role, you will act as a key liaison between customers, engineering, and production teams, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.

Responsibilities
- Review and validate customer orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare, organize, and submit approved orders to engineering for custom drawings and to production for manufacturing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and design inquiries related to cabinetry.
- Manage service work requests as needed.
- Maintain organized office records, files, and documentation.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience designing and entering orders for custom cabinetry.
- Certification in Architectural Technologist or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings from industry-specific design software.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
