MCIC Courier is a locally owned and operated company that has proudly served Nova Scotia's Eastern Shore for over 15 years.
The current job offering is for a position on a designated daily route, where you will get to know both the area and regular customers.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working independently, loves to drive, prioritizes safety, has an eye for detail, and can offer great customer service.
This position involves frequent lifting, loading and unloading throughout the day. Previous courier or delivery experience is an asset but is not required.

- Company van provided
- $20 / hour
- Approx 35-50 hrs / week
- Monday to Friday
- Start time - To be determined, 7:30am - 8:30am
- Located in Burnside Park
Requirements
- Ability to lift 35 kg, unassisted
- Valid Class 5 driver's license (minimum 5 years)
- Clean drivers abstract (last 2 years)
- No criminal record
Responsibilities
- To ensure pickup and delivery of goods to/from predetermined customers
- To ensure proper documentation has been completed for each shipment
- To follow safe work procedures and act safely in the workplace at all times
- To communicate with dispatch and customers throughout the day
