Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and Baker/Kitchen Manager to oversee our baking and kitchen operation needs. We're looking for a candidate with strong initiative, reliability, and committed to food safety/quality, and can work diligently on thier own.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food for the cafe
- Restock inventory and manage ingredient levels
- Grocery store runs for inventory and bank deposits.
- Training staff on new products/recipes
- Work with the Cafe Manager regarding inventory and product development
- Maintain Kitchen cleanliness, and adhere to food safety standards.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Valid Food Handlers certificate
- Ability to drive and access to a car
- Excellent leadership skills
- Able to lift up to 10kg and comfortable with standing and repetitive tasks
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Reliable
Pay: $20.50 per hour
