Our hospitality group operates multiple food, beverage, quick-service, and guest-focused concepts within one of Ontario’s busiest tourism markets. We are seeking a Growth-Focused General Manager who can lead people, drive performance, develop systems, and help guide the next stage of our growth.
This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and wants to play a meaningful role in building something larger than a single restaurant.

You are a hands-on operator.
You are comfortable moving between locations, supporting managers, coaching teams, identifying opportunities, and ensuring standards are maintained.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Leadership & People Development
- Recruit, interview, hire and onboard team members and managers
- Develop future leaders within the organization
- Coach managers through performance challenges
- Build accountability systems across all locations
- Lead regular leadership meetings
- Create a culture focused on growth, hospitality and execution
Operations
- Ensure operational standards are consistently maintained
- Conduct location audits and follow-up plans
- Improve systems and processes
- Support managers with execution and problem-solving
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness and brand standards are maintained
- Oversee day-to-day operational performance across multiple concepts
QUALIFICATIONS
- Multi-unit hospitality or restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience managing labour, inventory and profitability
- Proven ability to hire and develop strong teams
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays when required
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership

Financial Performance
- Monitor labour performance and scheduling
- Oversee inventory controls and purchasing systems
- Manage food and beverage cost performance
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
- Improve profitability while protecting guest experience
- Review key performance indicators regularly with management teams
Sales & Growth
- Drive revenue growth initiatives
- Support local store marketing efforts
- Identify opportunities to increase guest traffic and frequency
- Execute seasonal promotions and campaigns
- Support new initiatives, partnerships and business opportunities
- Assist ownership in developing future growth strategies
Guest Experience
- Ensure exceptional hospitality standards across all locations
- Review guest feedback and online reviews
- Develop recovery strategies when service issues occur
- Create systems that improve consistency and guest satisfaction
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
