- Measure and cut lumber and assist in the accurate and efficient assembly
- Follow build guides, sketches, and instructions with an eye for fit and finish
- Use hand and power tools safely and confidently
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and care for tools/equipment
- Work with the team to optimize build processes and output quality
- Maintain impeccable paperwork of production and process for audits
Who You Are
- Reliable and committed — you show up ready to work
- Comfortable with hands-on tasks and good with tools
- Learner-oriented — you take direction well and want to improve
- Good communicator and team player
- Detail-minded enough to hold tight tolerances and consistent quality
Experience & Qualifications
- Carpentry experience or training is helpful but not strictly required — we value attitude and a willingness to learn.
- A high school diploma is an asset.
- Ability to lift, stand, bend, and work safely in a production environment.
- Driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred.
- Access to your own truck is a benefit
What We Offer
- Entry level pay in the trade at $19/hr range (may be adjusted for experience)
- Part-time hours, stable schedule
- Opportunity to grow into broader responsibilities
- Meaningful involvement with Dominion-aligned work and other projects
