We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Front Desk Receptionist to support our client operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and customer service skills. This role involves handling administrative duties, supporting front desk operations, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting guests, checking guests in and out and answering multi-line phone systems
- Provide customer support through phone etiquette and professional communication
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service experience
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently with fast typing skills
- Proofreading skills to ensure error-free documentation
- Experience managing multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
