Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and customer service skills, with experience in managing office tasks efficiently. This role involves handling administrative duties, supporting front desk operations, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting guests, checking guests in and out and answering multi-line phone systems
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Handle filing systems both electronically and physically to ensure easy retrieval of documents
- Provide customer support through phone etiquette and professional communication
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking
- Process payroll
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service experience
- Clerical experience in an office setting
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently with fast typing skills
- Proofreading skills to ensure error-free documentation
- Experience managing multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
- Strong organizational skills for filing, scheduling, and supporting administrative tasks
