Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play an important role in providing excellent customer service while assisting with daily facility operations. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records.
- Assist customers with renting available units.
- Enter and update customer information in company systems.
- Clean vacated units and help maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility.
- Operate outdoor maintenance equipment, including a lawn mower and snow blower.
- Assist with general facility upkeep as required.
- Work every second Saturday as part of the regular schedule.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer information.
- Sales or customer-facing experience is considered an asset but is not required.
- Ability to perform light physical work and operate outdoor maintenance equipment.
