We are seeking talented and budding subcontractors who want to grow, and are willing to help us with our growing property maintenance business.
We primarily provide lawn care, yard clean ups and snow removal.
We also provide pressure washing, window washing, eavestrough cleaning and hedge/small tree trimming. Our customers are always asking for other jobs such as small landscaping, paver walkways, handy man work and dump runs as well.
We provide:
-A very competitive wage/profit share. You will take home 70% of the fee for each site. Hard working individuals can easily make $30-60 per hour. Not rushing but working well and double checking work.
-Full training. We have nearly 10 years experience and will show you every tip and trick to do timely and quality work. This will serve our customers well, as well as any of your own current clientele. We’re more than willing to help you grow your own business alongside of ours.
-Work life balance. Do you only have capacity for 10 extra sites? No problem. We respect your time and strive to ensure no one on our team is over burdened. Looking for more work? We will work to fill your schedule and teach you how to get more opportunities.
We ask that you provide:
-A strong work ethic, to show up, and give your best at each site.
-Attention to detail. Our customers have come to expect high quality work, with attention to the small things, and no cut corners.
-Your own truck or SUV with a hitch carrier. We can’t stress this enough. We will not hire anyone without their own truck or SUV. The truck/SUV should also be unmarked from a company logo. 4x4 is a huge bonus if you’d like to stay on through winter.
-Ideally your own few customers. As a sub contractor you should have more than one income source. No customers yet? No problem. As long as there’s a 100% commitment to get a few, we’ll even coach you on how to start acquiring your first few accounts.
-Already doing this on a larger scale? You’ll need to provide a GST number and proof of insurance.
