Job Overview
We are hiring a Full-Time Home Inspector (Employee)to serve the Tri-Cities and surrounding Lower Mainland communities. This role offers stable pay, training, benefits, and long-term career growthwithin a supportive and values-driven team.
This is a hands-on, field-based role—not a desk job.
What You’ll Do
- Perform residential and small commercial inspections
- Capture inspection photos and utilize thermal imaging technology
- Offer add-on services such as:
- Sewer scope inspections
- Pest inspections
- Indoor air quality / mold assessments
- Clearly explain findings to homeowners and real estate professionals
- Work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and exterior areas as part of daily inspections
