Summary:
Tsubaki of Canada Ltd. is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in programming and optimizing CNC machinery, ensuring precision, quality, and production efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Generate and modify CNC programs using Mastercam X7 to drawing specifications.

Create mill and lathe programs (2.5D and C-axis milling) on a variety of machines.

Collaborate with machinists to determine optimal techniques/tooling.

Maintain database of CNC programs and drawing files.

Create production drawings based on customer requirements or industry standards.

Create drawings using SolidWorks and our internal parametric drawing program.

Demonstrate personal leadership; actively participate in or lead problem solving and Kaizen efforts.

Good communication to be able to interact with employees at all levels.

Demonstrate flexibility when confronted with high stress or emergency situations, priority changes, or schedule adjustments.

Education/Experience:

Post secondary Diploma/Degree (Engineering Technologist, Mechanical Engineering).

Minimum 3-5 years experience with CNC programming (2.5D and C axis lathe milling) and experience with SolidWorks.

General computer knowledge.

Must have excellent communication skills.

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

Knowledge of VBA and macro programming a plus.
