Encore Trucking & Transport Ltd is a fast paced and well established company looking for a full time permanent position based out of the Edmonton headquarters. We do a wide variety of tasks for all phases of industry; infrastructure, urban, heavy industrial, telecommunication, oil etc.. This position requires previous transportation or boom truck related dispatching or administrative experience. The equipment includes boom trucks, winch tractors, jack and roll, mini cranes and heavy haul capabilities.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Journeyman/Apprentice Boom Truck Operator credentials is a strong asset
- Previous experience Dispatching Boom Trucks is a strong asset
- Knowledge of crane load charts
- Strong knowledge of federal transportation regulations
- Organized, thorough, and highly detail oriented
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet firm deadlines
- Ability to act as a positive & professional ambassador for the company when interacting with customers
- Able to work as part of a cohesive team
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Comfortable working in Microsoft platforms as well as dispatching software
- Committed to working within a highly diverse, ever-changing and collaborative team environment
- Experienced working in a fast paced office environment
