We work with some of Ontario's most respected developers and are involved throughout the entire lifecycle of a project—from early planning and positioning through sales, leasing, occupancy, and final closing.
As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to multiple facets of the real estate industry while working directly with developers, purchasers, investors, tenants, and industry professionals.
What You'll Be Doing
Pre-Construction Sales
- Represent developer clients in onsite sales offices.
- Conduct presentations and project tours.
- Follow up with registrants and prospective purchasers.
- Execute sales programs and launches.
Lease-Up & Rental Operations
- Conduct rental showings.
- Process applications and tenant screening.
- Coordinate occupancy rentals and purpose-built rental leasing.
- Build relationships with tenants and investors.
Project Planning & Advisory
- Assist with market research and competitive analysis.
- Review pricing, product positioning, and sales strategies.
- Participate in project launch planning and execution.
Business Development
- Maintain strong Realtor relationships.
- Generate referrals and repeat business.
- Participate in networking and marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- RECO Registered Salesperson (or in the process of obtaining registration)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working weekends when required
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- New home sales experience considered a strong asset
- Rental, leasing, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset
- Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
