Overview
Predator Ridge Range Servers are the heart of our dining room—engaging with guests, curating memorable experiences in a team environment to help bring our community-driven culture to life.
Duties
- Ensures that every guest feels welcome, cared for & informed throughout service
- Curates each dining experience to exceed guest expectations
- Takes accurate food and beverage orders and is diligent in placing them in the POS
- Delivers each step of service in a timely, professional manner
- Quality checks with genuine care and understanding
- Presents bills, process payments accurately and thank guests upon departure
- Openly communicate with guests, team members, management, and the kitchen to support a high standard of hospitality throughout service
Qualifications
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and orders efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach
- Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Serving It Right certificate required (or willingness to obtain)
- Food Safe certificate is an asset
