Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring guests have a positive experience.
- Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, salads, or other menu items while adhering to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment to ensure health and safety compliance.
- Manage cash register operations with accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with serving customers at the counter or drive-thru as required.
- Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling and sanitation standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous.
- Good time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $19.00-$27.68 per hour
