About the Role
Top Tier Education Corp. is hiring Admissions Advisors at both Junior and Senior levels to join our Calgary team. We are a private career college group operating campuses across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. You will be a first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them from inquiry to enrollment with honesty, care, and purpose. This is a consultative role for someone who genuinely wants to help people take the next step in their careers.
What You Will Do
- Connect with prospective students by phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Conduct needs assessments to match students to the right program
- Guide students clearly and honestly through every step of the admissions process
- Keep accurate records in our CRM and internal tracking systems
- Meet enrollment goals while always doing right by the student
- Work closely with other departments to make sure the student experience is seamless
What You Bring
- A college diploma or higher
- At least 1 year of experience in student admissions, enrollment advising, or admissions administration at a private career college or post-secondary institution (strongly preferred)
- A track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment or performance targets
- Confidence and warmth when speaking with people by phone, video, or in person
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Genuine commitment to student success and professional integrity
Compensation
- Junior Advisor$37,000 - $45,000 + $500 per student at 60 days active enrollment
- Senior Advisor$45,000 - $55,000+ $500 per student at 60 days active enrollment
Placement at Junior or Senior level is based on experience/proven performance. The retention bonus rewards long-term student success, not just enrollment volume.

Work Environment
This role is based in Calgary and is fully in-person. We work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment where doing right by students is never in conflict with performing well. Occasional flexibility for evenings or weekends may be required.
Shift Options
- Daytime - 9:00AM - 5:30 PM
- Evenings - 11:30AM - 8:00 PM
- Shift Rotations including weekends may be required.
