Sierra Bravo Yacht Care is a small yacht services and management business operating in the greater Sidney area. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented person to join our family.

This role is essential in maintaining the quality and appearance of our rotating and standing fleet, contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.
Duties
- Perform professional housekeeping of vessels
- Learn a side of exterior maintenance skillsets to help the exterior washes team when necessary.
- Utilize various cleaning supplies and equipment, care to learn and understand each of their uses and particularities.
- Conduct inspections of vessels before and after detailing to ensure quality standards are met.
- Hold a professional and tidy self hygiene and image at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and vehicles, ensuring all tools and supplies are stored properly.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial or residential housekeeping.
- Attention to detail and a devotion for cleanliness are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Great physical condition is necessary as this job is very demanding - you won't need the gym membership anymore!
- A person keen to work in any weather conditions (rain, wind, sun, etc.)
We do not ask to know boats in particular, we can teach the necessary theory on this end.
We are seeking for someone who has a particular interest in boats and the marine environment.
