Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of pool and landscape construction, and the ability to oversee multiple projects efficiently. This role involves supervising crew members, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring high-quality work standards are met across various landscaping/pool construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance and installation projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Lead a team of landscapers/hardscapers/pool installers, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance.
- Oversee daily operations including planting, pruning, mowing, irrigation system installation and repair, and other horticultural tasks.
- Manage equipment usage and maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency on site.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver customized landscaping solutions.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations at all job sites.
- Assist in estimating project timelines and resource allocation for upcoming projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape construction, general construction, pool building, hardscaping & softscaping.
- Supervising or leadership experience in a landscaping or construction environment essential.
- Strong knowledge of pool installation, stone work, heavy equipment operation (essential), as well as a detailed understanding on how to read construction plans.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Construction experience is a plus for understanding project scope and execution.
- Valid G driver’s license is required.
- Must have your own vehicle to start this position.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions as well as the ability to lift heavy objects in order to complete strenuous tasks.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
