Duties
- Perform customized massage treatments based on client needs, including techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or aromatherapy massage
- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to ensure a tailored experience
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend self-care practices to support ongoing wellness
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic flow
- Uphold confidentiality of client information while fostering a positive and trusting environment
- Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment process and address any questions or concerns promptly
Experience
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a strong understanding of various massage techniques
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse clients
- Strong communication skills to explain treatments effectively and listen attentively to client needs
- Certification from an accredited massage therapy program is required; licensure or registration as mandated by local regulations is preferred
- Prior experience working in wellness clinics or spa environments is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: $38.86-$80.00 per hour
