This is a commission-based position with no base salary. Not suitable for students.
This role can transition to remote work; however, we strongly suggest new team members begin in-store to build the skills and confidence needed to succeed independently.
We are seeking motivated career-oriented travel advisors; entrepreneurial, client-focused individuals ready to build their business.
Ideal candidates include:
1. Lifestyle-driven career changers
2. Active pre-retirees and retirees
3. Seasoned travel advisors and commission sales professionals
What you’ll do:
1. Attract clients from within your personal network, leveraging leads from Expedia Cruises if you spend time in-store, and targeted marketing initiatives.
2. Service clients to uncover travel preferences and craft spectacular vacations.
3. Retain clients by delivering excellent service and expertise to secure repeat bookings.
What we’re looking for:
· Excellent customer-service orientation and a strong attention to detail.
· Active in local networks and community groups to expand your referral base.
· Clear, persuasive communicator,both written and verbal.
· Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
