Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality therapeutic massage services tailored to meet each patient’s unique needs. Your expertise will help promote healing, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being through skilled touch and personalized care.
Duties
- Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and tension.
- Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on individual needs and conditions.
- Educate patients on self-care practices and post-treatment routines to support ongoing recovery.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient progress, and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all clients during each session.
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and relevant certifications to continually enhance skills.
Shift:
Saturdays: 8:30pm – 2:45pm
Note more hours may become available in the future.
Qualifications and Skills
Must be 2200 Hour certified in good standing.
Skills
- Strong patient service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in patient assessment and understanding of physiology principles related to massage therapy.
- Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and occupational health considerations.
- Previous experience in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse clients while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $37.50-$80.56 per hour
