We are currently looking for a Senior Landscape Installer / Lead Hand to join our team.
This role is ideal for an experienced installer who enjoys being hands-on in the work while supporting the Foreman and helping guide junior crew members. It’s also a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a Foreman position over time.
What You'll Do:
- Perform high-quality landscape construction work on site
- Support the Foreman in organizing daily tasks and maintaining productivity
- Help guide and mentor junior crew members
- Maintain strong attention to detail and installation quality
- Assist with layout, measurements, and problem solving during installs
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

- Paver patios, walkway and driveways.
- Architectural retaining walls
- Complete yard renovations
- Outdoor enhancements and living spaces
- Precision grading and finishing work

Requirements:
- 3+ years landscape construction experience
- Strong experience installing hardscape projects
- Ability to read plans and follow layout measurements
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle to travel to job sites across the Lower Mainland.
