Lemonade Collective (LC) is a Boutique Fitness and Events Centre nestled in the Blue Mountains (right behind Beaver Valley Community School). Our space includes:

POSITION OVERVIEW: CLIENT HAPPINESS COORDINATOR
As our Client Happiness Coordinator, you’ll be the heart and soul of our member and guest experience. You’ll be the first warm “hello” on the phone, the friendly face at the front desk, and the behind-the-scenes magic behind our events, communications, and community initiatives.
This role is part-time with the potential to grow based on your goals, passions, and what you bring to the team. We're looking for someone who is proactive, kind, organized, and excited about health, wellness, and community building.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Member Experience & Community:
- Be the first point of contact for members and guests — in person, by phone, or email — always warm, helpful, and upbeat.
- Support new member onboarding, follow-ups, and 3-month check-ins.
- Take detailed notes in our CRM/front desk software to keep our team aligned.
- Help our community thrive by supporting program rollouts like “Welcome to the Neighborhood” and more.
Social Media & Marketing:
- Engage with followers and new leads through DMs and comments.
- Assist with content creation and storytelling to showcase what makes LC special.
- Help brainstorm and support social campaigns and promotions.
Events & Partnerships:
- Assist in organizing and executing events like Run Club, Walk Club, Members Mingles, and wellness gatherings.
- Support private group bookings including bachelorette yoga, workshops, and parties.
- Connect with local businesses to grow and maintain our Member Perks Program.
- Help produce our monthly newsletter and other communication tools.
Front Desk & Facility Support:
- Handle front desk duties with professionalism and heart.
- Assist with disinfecting, cleaning, and general upkeep.
- Help open and close the pool (training provided).

- You’re passionate about health, wellness, and helping others feel good.
EXPERIENCE THAT’S A SWEET BONUS:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Experience in event planning or marketing is a plus
- Social media and content creation background is a plus
- Retail and/or fitness industry experience is a plus
- Experience with CRM or booking software is a plus
