Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Labourers in the local community of Enoch to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our job sites, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to contributing to the success of our projects. This position offers an opportunity for hands on experience with potential for growth and skill development.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies as needed
- Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects or tasks
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of workspaces and equipment
- Help with moving, lifting, and organizing materials throughout the facility
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all team members
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures during daily operations
Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team setting
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a industrial or construction environment (training provided if needed)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role
- Prior experience in general labour or construction is an asset but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued
Preference will be given to qualified Indigenous candidates, and candidates local to Enoch, A.
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
