About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaner to join our team on an on-call basis. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards and can work efficiently between guest check-outs and check-ins.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize Airbnb properties between guest stays
- Change bed linens and make beds to hotel-quality standards
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all surfaces
- Restock toiletries, paper products, and guest amenities
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items
- Ensure properties are guest-ready before check-in times
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
Requirements
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or Airbnb experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation is an asset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to communicate in English or French
Schedule & Availability
- On-call position
- Most shifts occur between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM
- Availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays is an asset
- Schedule varies based on guest bookings

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00-$70.00 per day
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Montréal, QC H4A 2P5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
