About the Role
Grafton Street Concepts is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction, renovation, and millwork projects from planning through completion.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in millwork and general contracting who understands how to coordinate trades, suppliers, schedules, budgets, and site requirements while keeping projects moving forward.
You'll work closely with contractors, vendors, internal teams, and project stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Approximately 30% travel is required for this position to support projects and site activities.
What You'll Do
- Manage projects from initial planning and budgeting through construction, installation, and completion
- Coordinate millwork, general contracting, construction, and renovation projects
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, scopes, and timelines
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, installers, and other project partners
- Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project requirements
- Oversee millwork production and installation requirements
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
- Identify potential delays, conflicts, and cost concerns and develop solutions before they impact the project
- Manage project documentation, change orders, timelines, and costs
- Ensure work meets project specifications, quality expectations, and applicable safety requirements
- Communicate project progress, risks, and key milestones to internal stakeholders
- Support project closeout, deficiencies, and final turnover
- Travel approximately 30% of the time as required for projects
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Project Management experience in construction, millwork, general contracting, or a related industry
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with architectural millwork is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, trades, and site coordination
- Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings, millwork drawings, and specifications
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contractors, and suppliers
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions in a fast-moving environment
- Willing and able to travel approximately 30% of the time
- Valid driver's licence

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
