Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality window cleaning services for commercial and residential clients. The ideal candidate will need high standards for meticulous work, experience with hands on tools/maintenance, and the ability to work safely at heights up 25ft. Duties
- Clean windows on commercial and residential buildings using hand tools, squeegees, and power tools
- Use heavy lifting techniques to move equipment or supplies as needed up to 20kg
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized during and after service
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to safety and proceeder protocols when working at heights or with tools
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes
- Remain positive attitude and professionalism on job site’s
Qualifications
- Prior experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights safely
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to window cleaning and facility maintenance
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
