OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Office Operations Admin assists the office to run efficiently through a wide range of administrative, information technology and managerial tasks. Assisting the Vice President with daily monitoring of emails and calendar schedules. Managing of the company's social media and IT systems while also providing employees with their electronic resources on their devices. Planning and scheduling of external and internal company events and day to day office routines.
Duties & Responsibilities; but not limited to:
- Tracking emails
- Delegating tasks
- Assisting project managers and directors
- Assisting operations team with crew scheduling
- Scheduling vacations, sick time, personal days etc
- Averaging
- Smart port
- Managing & monitoring of company IT systems
- Flight and hotel arrangements
- Handle Korol orders
- Korol Social Media - 2 posts every week
- All logins ex. Instagram (handwritten note adds: LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Manage photos and captions
- Hydro/power layouts
- Creating PO's
- Assisting in overseeing long term calendar
- Pulling jobs
- Job Binders
- Completion Reports
- Equipment rentals on job sites
- Updating OneDrive, Google Drive, Excel Spread Sheets
- Deliveries and Receiving scheduling, Managing Packing Slips, Material Inventory
- Helping with stocking kitchen and shop consumables as needed
- Material ordering, safety equipment ordering
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
