We're looking for a friendly and confident communicator to contact commercial businesses, identify decision-makers, and schedule meetings for our Business Development team.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound business calls.
- Identify decision-makers.
- Schedule qualified appointments.
- Record call results.
- Attend two weekly team meetings.
Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English with clear and professional phone communication.
- Friendly and confident on the phone.
- Reliable and organized.
- Customer service, call centre, or appointment setting experience is an asset.
Compensation
- $20/hour for scheduled meetings and training.
- Performance bonuses for qualified appointments.
- Additional bonuses when appointments lead to successful business opportunities.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
