We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Enrollment Co-Ordinator to join our team! Duties
Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to inquiries from prospective and current families
- Assisting families with class selection, registration and enrollment
- Following up with new inquiries and trial students
- Learning and using our dance studio registration and enrollment software
- Learning additional computer programs and systems used by the studio
- Processing registrations and updating student information
- Answering emails and telephone inquiries
- Greeting students and parents and providing friendly front-desk assistance
- Explaining studio programs, schedules and basic policies
- Maintaining accurate enrollment and student records
- Assisting with attendance and class lists
- Helping with general office and administrative duties
- Communicating information between the office, teachers and families
- Assisting with registration periods, special events and other busy times throughout the dance season
- Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person to provide detailed information about enrollment options and program benefits
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and promote enrollment opportunities effectively
- Assist applicants throughout the entire enrollment process, including application submission, document verification, and follow-up communications
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies that attract new students and increase program visibility
- Negotiate with prospective students to address concerns, clarify program details, and facilitate smooth acceptance procedures
- Support business development efforts by identifying new markets and building relationships with partner organizations

- Effective business development skills to identify opportunities for growth and partnership expansion
Previous experience in customer service, reception, administration, enrollment, registration or a children's activity-based business would be an asset.
Dance experience is not required. We are happy to teach the right person about our programs.
Position Details
- Part-time position
- Primarily afternoon/evening and/or Saturday hours
- In-person position at Studio III Dance in Orangeville
- Additional hours may be available during registration periods and special events
- Training will be provided
About Studio III Dance
Studio III Dance is an established Orangeville dance studio offering recreational and competitive programs for children and teens in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Acro, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre and Creative Dance.
We are looking for someone who can become a knowledgeable and welcoming member of our office team and help make the enrollment experience easy and positive for our families.
