Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a Registered Physiotherapist for a part-time or full-time independent contractor position.
You will have flexibility and control over your hours and schedule, allowing you to create the work-life balance you've been looking for! We pride ourselves on offering longer duration treatment times to ensure comprehensive and effective care. We treat clients one-on-one, without assistants, with 60 minute assessments and 30-45 minute treatments sessions. We treat all kinds of clients, but each therapist can niche down and offer treatments in their area of specialty - eg. runners, golfers, vestibular rehab, etc.
Administrative assistance, website, booking software (including online booking), access to exercise equipment, and in-house referrals included.

Micovsky Chiropractic was established in 2019 by Dr. Mario Micovsky, with the mission to help the community decrease pain and injury, become more active, and return back to what they love to do. Since then, he has created a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team of chiropractic, physiotherapy, and massage therapy practitioners who work together to help their patients achieve their goals.

Duties:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and create individualized treatment plans
- Utilize a combination of hands-on manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription and therapeutic modalities as indicated to enhance patients' rehabilitation progress
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients on self-management techniques and injury prevention strategies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications:
- Valid registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Associated liability insurance
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Self-motivated and driven to develop a caseload, with the help of the clinic
