This role is ideal for hunter-type sales professionals who thrive on building their own pipeline and closing deals independently. With a relatively short sales cycle (4 weeks to 3 months), you’ll see results — and commissions — quickly.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively source and develop your own B2B client pipeline (hunter role)
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing
- Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Build and grow long-term client relationships
- Negotiate pricing and close deals efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
(experience in construction, architectural, or manufacturing industries is a strong asset)
- Proven ability to generate leads independently
- Strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
