Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items efficiently, maintaining consistency and quality in every dish
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure dishes are visually appealing and flavorful
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations
- Serve food promptly to guests, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Support team members during busy periods, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant or kitchen environments with a focus on meal preparation and cooking
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations
- Strong understanding of food industry best practices for serving, food preparation, and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and serve guests effectively
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is valued
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
