Senior Sales Executive -
We are looking for an experienced sales executive to join our team. Due to a retirement of a long-standing employee, we are seeking a motivated individual to take over this essential role and continue our tradition of excellence.
Successful candidate will take over full active account list after training is complete.
Duties:
- Prospect and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to understand their advertising needs and provide effective solutions.
- Present and pitch advertising opportunities to clients, including print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Negotiate advertising rates and contracts with clients to maximize revenue and meet sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze advertising campaign performance, providing regular reports to clients and making recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in advertising sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and build relationships.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced deadline oriented environment.
- Ability to work to deadlines, multi-task and be organized in a changing environment
- Familiarity with different advertising platforms, including print, digital, and social media is an asset.
- Work experience with Mac's including Word & Excel a must. An asset if you have utilized a CRM system

Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
