Whitecloud Mechanical is hiring a detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our growing team.
This role combines parts sourcing, and inventory control. You will play a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency while supporting shop sales and protecting parts margins.
We operate a structured, process-driven shop focused on accountability, strong communication, and doing the job right the first time.
Responsibilities
Parts & Inventory
- Source and order automotive and heavy-duty parts
- Track incoming and outgoing parts
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Follow established pricing matrix and margin standards
Qualifications
- Experience as a Parts Advisor, Service Advisor, or similar role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and margins
- Automotive or heavy-duty knowledge is an asset
- Class 5 Drivers License with clean abstract.
