What You’ll Do
- Tier 2+ support: desktops, servers, networks, cloud
- Troubleshoot Windows and Mac PCs, Windows Server, printers, and network devices
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
- Support backups, business continuity, and disaster recovery
- Configure firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security tools
- Provide primarily support from the office, with onsite client visits as needed
- Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation
- Participate in after-hours/on-call rotation for monitoring emergency client requests
- Contribute to projects, process improvements, and team initiatives that help clients and Evolution IT succeed

What You Bring
- 5+ years IT support experience in an MSP environment managing multiple tenants and customers.
- 2+ years minimum in a Tier 2+ role.
- Strong Microsoft stack (Windows Server, M365)
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls)
- Proven troubleshooting skills
- Experience & a strong interest in cybersecurity
- Exposure to AI-powered business tools is considered an asset
- Mac/Linux experience is a bonus

Requirements
- Valid Class 5 license + reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel occasionally within Calgary and area
- Flexibility for occasional after-hours or extended work to support client needs
