We are currently seeking a 1st to 2nd year 313A Refrigeration and HVAC Apprentice in the Greater Toronto area with a minimum of 1yr experience and the right qualifications for the job.
Applicant must be able to:
· Use blueprints and install or repair HVAC/R systems
· Install electrical wiring and controls and test for proper operation
· Inspect and maintain customers' HVAC/R systems
· Troubleshoot components to determine necessary repairs
· Repair or replace worn or defective parts
· Determine HVAC/R systems energy use and make recommendations to improve efficiency
· Work in a team environment
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
· Refrigeration/HVAC apprenticeship schooling in 313A and G2 GAS licenses required
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· A valid drivers license and clean driving record
· Flexibility to work on call/overtime/weekends
· Professional appearance required
· Must have a good technical aptitude. Must be dedicated to learning and keeping up with growing advances in the industry.
· Must have a positive attitude and customer appreciation
· Willing to learn and progress in their career.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$29.00 per hour
