As a server, you’ll play a vital role in creating a delightful dining experience for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include taking food and drink orders, serving meals, and ensuring that customers have everything they need to enjoy their time at our restaurant.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using a point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any needs or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and tables.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to keep food quality up to standards.
- Process payments and handle cash efficiently at the end of the meal.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience.
**Qualifications:**
- 3 years experience as a server.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
**Working Conditions:**
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle stairs on regular basis, lift moderate weights, such as trays of food and drink.
