Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions using hotel management software.
- Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing guest needs.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process reservations and manage room assignments efficiently.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality at all times.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in hotel operations or front desk management is preferred.
- Proficient in phone systems and handling multi-line calls effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.80-$18.00 per hour
