Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Execute body waxing services with precision and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations.
- Upsell retail products to enhance the client experience and promote salon offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client feels valued and satisfied with their service.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and body waxing procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Ability to upsell products while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining sanitation standards.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is an advantage.
- Must hold a valid Nail Technician license as required by state regulations.
