JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning, reconditioning, and maintaining vehicles to a high standard of quality and presentation. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, shampooing, and polishing
- Clean and condition vehicle interiors (seats, carpets, dashboards, door panels, etc.)
- Ensure vehicles are showroom-ready for customer delivery and display
- Identify and report cosmetic or mechanical concerns to management
- Operate detailing equipment and cleaning products safely and properly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area
- Follow company processes and health & safety standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous automotive detailing experience is an asset (training may be provided)
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
