The PPC-Social Media Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the team, optimizing processes, and actively contributing to the management of client mandates in digital advertising and social media. The main objective is to ensure the pod's performance, the quality of deliverables, team development, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Management
- Plan workload and support the organization of the pod
- Support team members in their development and performance
- Provide regular coaching, clear follow-ups, and maintain a positive team dynamic
- Participate in hiring and foster strong collaboration with other teams
Continuous Improvement
- Optimize tools, workflows, and deliverables across the pod
- Document and evolve processes in collaboration with internal teams
- Identify efficiency gains, automate where relevant, and maintain a high standard of quality
PPC-Social Media Expertise
- Act as the technical go-to for the team on campaigns and best practices
- Review certain strategic accounts or deliverables as needed
- Actively contribute to production by taking on client mandates
- Stay on top of industry developments and test new approaches, including AI where relevant
Business Development
- Advise clients with a 360° vision aligned with their business goals
- Support the pod's growth by contributing to retention, upsells, and new opportunities
- Support pre-sales efforts and help track mandate profitability
Profile Sought

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, including team management experience
- Intermediate English required (to communicate with English-speaking clients); stronger French-English bilingualism is a valued asset
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent command of Google Ads and Facebook Ads / Meta Ads, from strategy to campaign optimization
- Solid understanding of acquisition, conversion, retargeting, and digital performance levers
- Significant experience managing advertising budgets, analyzing KPIs, and optimizing results (CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.)
- Good command of Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and performance tracking tools
- Ability to lead a team, validate the quality of deliverables, and help team members grow
- Comfortable advising clients, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the pod's development
- Good understanding of social media, ad creative, user journeys, and landing pages
