Responsibilities
Maintaining a clean and organized house.
Attending to required duties and standards of work.
Attending to events and other bookings like lunch meetings.
Reporting to the house manager at the end of shift.
In-Home Care: maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization across the main living areas, premium kitchens, bar, bedrooms, and guest washrooms.
Luxury Wardrobe & Linen Care: manage premium laundry services, including washing, pressing, and organizing household linens, chef uniforms, and fine apparel.
Event Support: assist with setup, furniture arrangement, and post-event cleanup for corporate meetings and VIP evening gatherings.
Outdoor & Patio Care: ensure outdoor entertaining spaces, patios, and poolside seating areas remain tidy and guest-ready.
Team Collaboration: work closely with the House Manager, culinary team (chefs), and maintenance crew to ensure seamless estate operations.
Be in uniform at all times.
Experience
Proven experience in luxury hospitality.
Exceptional eye for detail.
High level of professional discretion, reliability, and emotional intelligence.
Flexibility to work rotating hours (including evenings/weekends) based on scheduled estate events.
