Shorty’s Plumbing & Heating is looking for an organized, energetic and customer-focused person to join our team as a Customer Service & Service Dispatcher.
This is an important role within our residential service department. You will be one of the first points of contact for our customers and will work closely with our plumbers, HVAC technicians and service team to keep the day running smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Book plumbing and HVAC service appointments
- Dispatch technicians and manage the daily service schedule
- Adjust schedules throughout the day as priorities and emergencies change
- Communicate with technicians regarding jobs, schedules and customer needs
- Keep customers updated regarding their appointments
- Accurately enter and maintain customer and job information
- Help identify urgent service calls and prioritize them appropriately
- Work closely with our service, sales and office teams to provide an excellent customer experience

Experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatching, service coordination, automotive service, property management, restoration, plumbing or HVAC is an asset.
Previous plumbing or HVAC experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
